CMMC LEVEL I READINESS WORKSHOP

Fayetteville Technical Community College's Computer & Information Technology Department invites defense contractors, small businesses, consultants, and subcontractors to participate in a comprehensive CMMC Level 1 Readiness Workshop designed to strengthen cybersecurity posture and support federal contract compliance.

This interactive workshop provides a clear, practical pathway for organizations seeking to understand and implement the foundational requirements of the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 1 framework. Participants will gain the knowledge and tools necessary to protect Federal Contract Information (FCI), identify compliance gaps, and take actionable steps toward contract readiness.

This hands-on workshop is specifically designed for small businesses, defense subcontractors, consultants, IT professionals, and compliance personnel who are beginning their CMMC journey. Through guided instruction and practical application, participants will:

  • Evaluate current cybersecurity practices
  • Identify and prioritize compliance gaps
  • Align operations with federal cybersecurity expectations
  • Build a roadmap toward sustainable compliance and contract eligibility 
SUMMER SPECIAL! For this course FTCC will provide certified security students to consult and review participants' documents for compliance!
